What is Consciousness Polarization Theory

Consciousness Polarization Theory (CPT) in the result of a decade of research set out to find proof as to the existence of a metaphysical yet empirical "mechanism" that allows us to think, remember, and sense using our imagination, as well as impacts our spoken language.

Most leading unified consciousness theories (such as IIT and GWT) make the leap of faith that consciousness originates in the brain. At CRIORG.institute we believe, however, that studying the brain to better understand consciousness is like studying our cheek muscles to better understand humor. Our research assumed the opposite – that consciousness is formed by a metaphysical mind, and that the brain is not but a reflection of this mind (as demonstrated by its elasticity in response to a thought, which is always metaphysical). Another research assumption was that this mind has both a metaphysical structure as well as a metaphysical and empirical mechanism.

Detecting such mechanism is a problematic task. We only have access to our own consciousness, which makes it very hard to try and understand how other people experience reality. To study something, we must observe it externally; a fish does not know it is wet. Since we cannot step out of the subjective viewpoint of our own conscious perception of reality, we have no way of establishing a measuring scale so we can tackle the hard problem of consciousness.

To overcome this difficulty, We interviewed hundreds of people right before, and again during, their use of cannabis rich in Tetrahydrocannabinol. Here’s why - THC causes a temporary shift in our conscious perception of reality. It changes our perception of time, as well as our sensory perception of space. In addition, it changes the way we think, the way we imagine, what we remember, and – perhaps most importantly – the way we speak. The idea was to identify mega-patterns in the “shift of consciousness” that occurred across the interviewees, with the hope that these patterns would help us understand the mechanism that is causing them.

Such patterns quickly emerged. Consciousness Polarization Theory (CPT) demonstrates that this mechanism does indeed exists (article 003: Consciousness Has a Mechanism), as well as points to its components (article 004: The Human Operating System).

At its core, CTP suggests that we experience reality using two minds, not one – an activumentis and a passivumentis (an active mind and a passive mind). The activumentis generates our perception of time, while the passivumentis generates our perception of space, while always “fighting” for mental dominance. These two minds differ not only in the function they serve, but also in the mechanism that enables them to function, as demonstrated in article 005: Mind Polarization Theory.

Time Polarization Theory (article 006) demonstrates how the dual nature of this mental mechanism generates a bipolar spectrum of time perception amongst humans. This sub-theory describes the mathematical connection between our perception of time and the speed of our thought. In other words, Time Polarization Theory points to time perception as “the hidden pivot” that connects all states of consciousness.

It is in Language Polarization Theory (007) that we find the crown jewel that CPT reveals. This sub-theory points to a fascinating speech phenomenon that results from the polarization of the human mind. It then demonstrates how this phenomenon continuously generates all forms of human conflicts, and yet contains the potential to eliminate them.

To demonstrate how CPT can be applied in practice, we elucidate how the shift in mental qualia that occurs due to the ingestion of THC can be predicted. Cannabis Polarization Theory (article 008) maps the relative change in thought, as well as the quality of our imagination and our memory, different people will experience while ingesting different strains of cannabis. For example, we demonstrate how cannabis can be used to temporarily induce mental blindness (aphantasia), a phenomenon that results in an enhanced ability to reason abstractly. This sub-theory has tremendous potential in the medical cannabis industry, as well as for cognitive research, to name a couple.

We see it as our philosophy at CRIORG institute that our theories will benefit mankind. In Autism Polarization Theory (article 009) I demonstrate using two use-cases how all autistic symptoms are generated by an acute perception of time, generated by over-dominance of either the activumentis (abstractoliteralis autistics) or the passivumentis (concretoliteralis autistics).

CPT also has promising potential in the research and treatment of mental illness, for improving education and the rule of law, to name a few. Another industry that can be transformed by this theory is Artificial Intelligence. By exposing the role of the passivumentis, CPT reveals why an AI could never become human - but helps in getting it closer than ever.

Background Articles:

Article 001: A Cosmic Red Pill: The Case for the Science of Astrometaphysics

This article is an open letter to the intellectual community describing the need for a new field of scientific research called Astrometaphysics, which is focused on the mechanism of the metaphysical human mind which allows us to be self-conscious and experience reality.

Article 002: The Astrometaphysical Scientific Method: The Philosophical Principles Guiding the Astrometaphysicist in the Study of the Human Mind

Since mental qualia cannot be quantitatively measured, we must fit the scientific method so that we can research it. This article describes the Astrometaphysical Scientific Method that we at CRIORG.institute use to research the human mind.

Article 003: The Bi-Polar Spectrum of the Human Mind: A Practical Example of using the Astrometaphysical Scientific Method

This article demonstrate the use of the Astrometaphysical Scientific Method. In it, we list evidence as to the existence of an empiric metaphysical mechanism which creates our perception of time and space.

article 004: The Human Operating System: Evidence pointing to the existence of a hidden “code” that generates human consciousness

This article lists evidence which show that the human mind has an “operating system” of sort, some software code that enables its operation. This “operating system” creates two separate mental components that function differently as well as serve different functions – one creates our perception of space, and one creates our perception of time.

article 010: Dictionary of Astrometaphysics: The Scientific Language of the Human Mind

This article is a dictionary of terms that have a special meaning in astrometaphysics. These terms are listed in the theory articles in CAPITAL LETTERS.

Theory Articles:

article 005: Mind Polarization Theory: A Unified Theory of Human Consciousness

This article describes the bi-polar nature of the metaphysical human mind. It points to evidence as to the existence of two consciousness “genders” (called arcgenders, much like male and female in our physical reality). The article demonstrates how these two arcgenders differ from each other in the manner with which they think, imagine, remember, speak and even emote.

Article 006: Time Polarization Theory: How the Bi-Polar Nature of Time Creates Two Genders for Human Consciousness

This article described the bi-polar nature of human perception of time. It also demonstrates how our illusory sense of time is created, points to the connection between time and the speed of thought, and shows how the bi-polar nature of time impacts each consciousness gender.

Article 007: Language Polarization Theory: The Archetypes of Human Language as Used by Each Gender of Consciousness

This article points to a fascinating phenomena – it shows how the bi-polar nature of the metaphysical human mind generated four human arc-languages (language types that exist in every spoken language). It also shows how each one of the consciousness arc-genders speak two different languages out of these four, which creates endless communication issues and verbal misunderstandings amongst humans.

Practical Use Articles

Article 008: Autism Polarization Theory: An Essay: Autism as an Atypical Perception of Time

This theory demonstrate how autistic symptoms are an acute perception of time, and shows how the bi-polar nature of the mind generates two “genders” of autistics.

Article 009: Cannabis Polarization Theory: The Bi-Polar Nature of Cannabis and the Impact of THC on Human Mental Qualia

This article demonstrates how cannabis (THC) impacts our perception of time, and how this change in time perception causes all the rest of the “high” symptoms – the temporary change we experience in reason, imagination, memory, sensory perception and more.
