CRIORG.institute is proud to include people from all walks of life in our circle of researchers and advisors. We all have access to one consciousness only - our own. CRIORG.institutes’ research partners include individuals who are passionate about understanding their own mind, interested in making a difference and are eager to assist in solving the hard problem of consciousness.
Many gifted people are helping us behind the scenes with our vision. Here are just some of the people who are currently serving as our leading research partners and/or members of our advisory board:
Erez Batat - Founder, Research Lead
Erez Batat is a thinker and a researcher of the human mind. Trained as a software architect, Erez served in several strategic roles in both fortune 500 companies as well as startups, as well represented the Israeli ministry of defense as an information security advisor during the Israel-Syria peace talks with President Clinton in 2000.
At the age of 37 Batat decided to retire from a successful career in silicon valley in order to tackle the riddle of human consciousness, focusing on the impact of cannabis (THC) on our perception of time and space. He published the first draft of Consciousness Polarization Theory in 2018, as well as a book called “It’s About Time” in which he shared the insights from his research. During that time he also founded CRIORG.institute. He currently spends part of his time in Israel collaborating with leading consciousness researchers, and the other part in Spokane, WA, where his research continues.
Batat holds a B.S. in computer science from NYU/Polytechnic. He offers unique consultation services in the fields of software architecture, business strategy, executive coaching, political advisory, and artificial intelligence.
Ofek Gradstein - Research Partner, Member of Advisory Board (Israel)
Each generation has its own unique flavor of collective consciousness, and as a millennial, Ofek brings a refreshing perspective to our research environment. Gradstein is a gifted gardener, a fine woodworking teacher and a consciousness researcher. He met Erez in later 2019, and both being autodidacts, they clicked immediately. They now meet on a weekly basis to consolidate findings and expand the theoretical portion of our research. Ofeks’ focus is on theological, esoteric and channeling literature, as well as to find practical ways to use Consciousness Polarization Theory in order to assist with various forms of dyslexia. Ofek started his consciousness studies in the International School for Self Awareness by Paoletti.
Melissa Klindtworth - Member of Advisory Board (Spokane, WA)
Melissa Klindtworth has been working with Batat since 2017, after meeting him in a dream interpretation workshop he was leading in Spokane, WA. She was fascinated by his work and immediately offered to assist in his research. Klindtworth has served as a source of inspiration and support in the critical, early stages of theory development. She continues to serve as a special advisor for Batat in the areas of content creation (english) and theory validation. In her personal life, Melissa specializes in Sign Language Interpretation. She lives in Spokane, WA and is the proud mother of two.
Ben Delaney - Research Partner and Business Advisor (Spokane, WA)
Whenever we at CRIORG. institute want an output to look extremely professional and/or pleasant to the eye, we say “we need to ‘Benify’ this”. Other than being a passionate consciousness researcher, Ben has an extremely talented eye and a keen sense of aesthetics. As a creative director, product designer, photographer and a gifted communicator, Ben brings over 20 years of professional experience to our team. Ben is also an arborist, an artist and a dedicated father of two, and has often impressed us with his ability to balance his many passions. Delaney currently contributes to CRIORG.institute as a special business advisor for Erez Batat, as well as working on a few targeted design projects.
Shimon Batat - Personal Advisor, Former Research Partner (Israel)
Sometimes it is enough that one person believes in us for us to overcome the hardest of obstacles. For Erez Batat, Shimon is that person. As Erez’s uncle and trusted friend, Shimon Batat spent hundreds of hours helping Erez synthesize his ideas, realizations and research findings into a coherent theory. He did so even when the scope and magnitude of the project was unknown, at the time when Erez moved forward simply by the power of his faith in his discovery. Shimon, simply put, is a part of the heart and soul of this research and this institute. He continues to support Erez as a personal advisor. Shimon Batat is a semiconductor engineer, a gifted woodworker and a proud father of three.
We are also grateful for:
Diane Sherman - Original Research Partner
Diane and Erez met under fortuitous circumstances in late 2006, and got married in 2007. They successfully graduated their marriage after 13 years and remained close friends even since. It was Sherman who originally inspired Batat to research the human mind. Being an autodidact, he was able to notice systematic differences in the way her mind was different than his, which led him to believe there is a systematic mechanism that generates human consciousness. She ended up spending over a decade assisting Erez with his research, spending thousands of hours together in an attempt to decipher the puzzle of the human mind. Diane is a gifted teacher and artist; she’s been teaching Yoga and the creative process for 30 years, and is currently teaching art journaling as a a consciousness development and healing modality. She has an M.A. in Arts & Consciousness from JFK University, and a B.A. in Art History from UCLA.
