Article 005: Mind Polarization Theory
A Unified Theory of Human Consciousness
Abstract:
This article outlines a philosophical theory detailing the mechanism that allows consciousness to form. It describes the nature of reality as well as the cosmic template of the human mind.
In its essence, the theory claims that we experience reality with two minds, not one – an active mind (ACTIVUMENTIS) and a passive one (PASSIVUMENTIS). The article names these minds and describes the objective (empiric) differences between them: The ACTIVUMENTIS creates the illusion of TIME using logos (words, logic), and the PASSIVUMENTIS creates the illusion of SPACE using the five senses. The ACTIVUMENTIS is voluntary, the PASSIVUMENTIS is involuntary.
The theory continues to suggest that there are two congenital metaphysical genders to human consciousness – humans who are ruled by the active mind (ABSTRACTOLITERALIS) and humans who are ruled by the passive mind (CONCRETOLITERALIS). The theory illustrates how these two ARCGENDERS differ in the manner with which they think, remember, imagine, speak and even emote. The theory also elaborates the dramatic implications of these differences to our society.
