Article 008: Autism Polarization Theory
An Essay: Autism as an Atypical Perception of Time

Abstract:

This theory suggests that the cause for autistic symptoms are resulting from an acute perception of time – either too fast or too slow. In other words, the polarization of human consciousness results in two types of autistics: ABSTRACTOLITERALIS autistics and CONCRETOLITERALIS autistics. The article demonstrates this claim by outlining a case study for each ArcGender. The article continues to list potential solutions for the symptoms experienced by each ArcGender.

Autism Polarization Theory (APT) is a sub-theory of Mind Polarization Theory (MPT, see Article 005) and Time Polarization Theory (TPT, see Article 006). MPT and TPT are a prerequisite for APT. For your convenience, we have included a summary of these theories in the article.
